1. Pay-To-Rank Mechanics
- Ranking is purely determined by the historical total USDC bid amount accumulated for each token CA.
- Every bid placed for the same CA adds up to the total token score. Anyone (holders, devs, promoters) can contribute.
- Non-refundable: All processed on-chain transactions are final and non-refundable.
2. On-Chain Verification
- Every bid requires submitting the Solana Tx Hash / Signature sent to the treasury wallet.
- Transaction hashes are publicly verifiable on Solscan.
3. Cumulative Rank #1
- Position #1 is always held by the token with the highest total accumulated lifetime bid (total_bid_lifetime).
- No temporary locks or fixed takeover fees. Any token can be outbidded at any time by accumulating a higher total bid.

- Rankmeme is strictly Pay-To-Rank. Being #1 does NOT imply financial advice, endorsement, or vetting.
- Rankmeme reserves the right to flag or ban tokens verified on-chain to be malicious scams, honeypots, or rugs.
